Ottawa, ON – Today John Nater, was officially sworn-in as the Member of Parliament for Perth—Wellington for the 43rd Canadian Parliament.
The ceremony occurred in the Office of the Clerk of the House of Commons in Parliament’s historic West Block.
“I am eager to continue serving the people of Perth—Wellington in the House of Commons” said M.P. Nater. “During the election I heard from constituents in every corner of Perth—Wellington who are concerned about the cost of living, the environment, public safety, the agriculture sector, and the future of our rural and small-town communities. These are the priorities on which I will focus in the new Parliament.”
The House of Commons is scheduled to resume on December 5th.
